A5. Hard Rock Music (5:30) - Shepley/Brand
B1. Ophelia (2:46) - Shepley/Brand
B2. Long River (7:03) - Shepley/Brand
B3. Grace (3:27) - Shepley/Brand
B4. Polly Von (5:01) -Aroidas/Benvenga/Brand/Cris/Shepley

B5. Good Company (1:44) - Shepley/Brand

Produced by Lewis Merenstein. Recorded at Electric Lady Studios and Vanguard Studios in NYC, NY, 1970. Engineered by Ron Johnsen. John Cale provides to viola solo, album also features Steve Loeb. Peter Criss credited as Peter Cris. Track B4 is simply an arrangement of a very much earlier traditional Irish song, which had been covered, in 1962, by the folk group Peter, Paul, and Mary... The first KISS member to get on vinyl (that was actually released versus demoed!), though Chelsea split soon after this album was released. The release date falls at the end of 1970 or the beginning of 1971 for the US release. For the MCA sound conspiracy see the associated/compilation discography.

You know I can't believe how many people don't have this.. I also can't believe how rare this album is.. Once I found a Near Mint copy of this it cost me $150.00 like 10 years ago, this was after years of looking for the darn thing, then I had a guy put it on CDr and the cover and all, my CDr of it looks vary top notch almost like it would look if Decca Records put it out on CD..

The last copy I seen on Ebay a while back was up $200.00 when I seen it I have no clue how much it went for..

My favorite songs of this are:
Let's Call It A Day
Polly Von
and
Good Company

The Chelsea LP can still be found if you wanna pay upwards of $250.00 for an near mint copy, I have had 2 copies the first one cost me about $50.00 and you couldn't even listen to it at all.. The near mint copy I now have cost $150.00 like I said about 10 years ago, and the last copy I saw on Ebay a while back was up to $200.00 in the bidding process, no clue what it went for though..

Hell that is freaking cool.. I'm still glad I have the LP though, It's Peter Criss man as far as I am concerned the man is like a GOD or something,

If I had to I would buy the LP all over again!!
