The following was written by our very own Admin, Ken, regarding the sex video scandal that is surfacing regarding Gene. This was posted at his site, KFS.

It will be the policy of this site, to follow in kind with the policy put in place by Ken at his site, KFS.

I have taken the liberty of substituting 9 Lives for KFS, but otherwise, this is what Ken wrote and will be our policy:


Well, while looking at other boards, an interesting subject has come up concerning our favorite Demon.

It seems that someone claims to have a video of Gene Simmons ... shall we say, having sex with a woman.

We at 9 Lives find it interesting that anyone would care or be shocked that Gene would have sex with a woman.

As of yet Gene has made no official comment. It is not yet established that it is in fact Gene Simmons; if it is, that is Gene's business.

Keep in mind...9 Lives is a band friendly message board. We are open to all ages. So if it is discussed here at all, it will be monitored heavily. KFS is not in the business of trading in rumors. If it becomes actual KISS news, that is one thing.

Otherwise, it is all speculation at this point. No links will be tolerated. Discuss it in PM's if you wish.

If it is ever discussed here, it would be done with respect to the board, its members and with respect to the band.

You may have heard or seen garbage that has sprung up from my past.
Rest assured the proper legal team is looking at all ramifications and options.

And us? Shannon, Nick and Soph are happy and healthy.
